Jack Osbourne is paying his ex Lisa Stelly $1 million as a divorce settlement, The Blast has reported.
RadarOnline.com exclusively revealed earlier this week that Osbourne's marriage to Stelly is officially over, with a Los Angeles judge signing off on it.
According to Los Angeles Superior Court docs, the divorce was finalized on Tuesday, March 5, 2019.
Now details of the settlement are leaking out. In addition to the $1 million, Stelly will also reportedly receive $7,000 per month for their three minor children: Andy, Minnie and Pearl.
Also in the divorce agreement, the former The Osbournes reality TV star, 33, will keep his home in Studio City, his Ford Raptor truck and a Tesla, plus almost $350,000 in art, including an Andy Warhol painting and two pieces by Banksy.
According to the report, Stelly, also 33, will retain her Audi SUV, with Osbourne continuing to handle the lease payments.
Stelly needs to use $300,000 of Osbourne's $1 million payment for a home purchase, the legal docs revealed.
The professional cake decorator filed for divorce last year, and as RadarOnline.com reported, it was a shocker as she'd given birth to their third child, Minnie, only three months before.
Although Osbourne vowed the couple would “remain best friends,” he was investigated by police in August 2018 for allegedly punching her new boyfriend in the head!
According to the North Hollywood Domestic Violence Police Division, Osbourne allegedly punched Michael G. Gabel during an altercation; Gabel refused to press charges.
Osbourne, the son of rocker Ozzy and talk show hostess Sharon, and Stelly agreed to joint custody of their children.
Neither parent will reportedly be allowed to bring their kids around a new boyfriend/girlfriend for extended periods of time unless they’ve been “exclusively dating” for 3 months, and it’s discussed with the parents.
The two also agreed not to badmouth each other in front of the children, or let them do any dangerous things without the other parent knowing.
Osbourne, who worked as a Federal Reserve System Law Enforcement Officer during the Malibu fires last year, agreed not to take the children to a shooting range without his ex-wife's permission.
In another detail, both Osbourne and Stelly have to agree on any tattoos or piercings for the kids.
The couple tied the knot in 2012, the same year he revealed he suffers from MS.
RadarOnline.com exclusively reported in January 2019 that Osbourne has a new galpal, pink-haired artist Meg Zany.
