The Dancing with the Stars sleazeball was caught shilling himself on the high-profile celebrity dating app Raya, frequented by such A-listers as John Mayer, Matthew Perry, Drew Barrymore and Demi Lovato.
Despite popping the question to fellow hoofer Jenna Johnson in June 2018, RadarOnline.com spies came across 32-year-old Val’s profile on the invitation-only Raya app on Feb. 16!
“It’s scummy and gross,” an insider snitched.

Val’s profile features 17 sleazy photos of the hoofer bare-chested and in bed in his underwear. “If you’re active, potential suitors can see your profile,” the source spilled.
