Sparks flew in the new mid-season trailer of Vanderpump Rules.

Watch the clip here as business partners Tom Schwartz and Tom Sandoval taking opposite sides during a fight between Schwartz's wife Katie Maloney and James Kennedy.

Season 7 gets feisty as Lisa Vanderpump tries to intervene as tempers threaten to get out of hand.

"This is your partner's wife you're talking about," she warns Sandoval when he sides against Schwartz.

There was already bad blood after Katie got James Kennedy fired after he reportedly 'body-shamed' the reality star.

But Sandoval refused to stand-by her and dubbed her a 'bully' for her actions.

He then mimics her by saying: "'I can say whatever the f— I want to anybody, but if somebody calls me fat? I'm getting their a– f—ing fired."'

"I didn't get him fired, he got himself fired," she replies in protest at him.

In the trailer fans also see LaLa Kent and Billie Lee get into a screaming match with one another.

"Get the f— out of my face, hoe!," LaLa screams at Bilie.

However, there is some romance in the new episodes also.

Former foes Schroeder and Ariana Madix enjoy a steamy make-out session during a boozy trip to Mexico.

'Vanderpump Rules' airs Mondays (6pm PT/9pm ET) on Bravo.
