Josh Duggar is not backing down against Arkansas officials he claims illegally released documents showing evidence he formerly molested five female minors, RadarOnline.com exclusively learned.

RadarOnline.com obtained a shocking new court filing by Josh, 30, which proved the disgraced reality star has filed an appeal against an Arkansas court who tossed out his privacy lawsuit months ago.

The court document, dated Feb. 4, 2019, stated that Anna Duggar's husband "appeals from this Court's Order of Dismissal with Prejudice entered the 30th day of November, 2018 to the Arkansas Court of Appeals."

It's the second lawsuit the former 19 Kids and Counting star has filed since his sexual molestation scandal came to light.

Josh initially filed the suit in March 2018, claiming that the city of Springdale and Washington County, both in Arkansas, illegally released documents alleging he sexually molested five minors, four of which were his sisters. At the time, Josh claimed he suffered from "emotional distress."

But in November 2018, a judge ruled Josh's case "closed" after he failed to file a timely response to the city's motion for judgment on the pleadings.

This month, Josh claimed in his filing that his appeal "is not taken for purposes of delay."

Amid the courtroom drama, Josh's wife Anna, 30, has been vocal about the couple's decision to expand their family. She recently admitted to a fan that they want "more children."
