A South Carolina woman was arrested on Saturday after deputies said she poured a bottle of water over her infant's face while she was asleep.
Caitlin Alyse Hardy, 33, shared a video of the disturbing incident on Facebook, telling her followers it was "payback" to the 9 month year old for waking her up during the night.
"After being poured with water the second time, the infant woke up coughing," the Sheriff's Office said.

Hardy was charged with cruelty to children after several people saw the post and reported it to police.
"The charge against this defendant will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law," Sheriff Anthony Dennis said in a statement.
The Sheriff's Office said it notified the county's Department of Social Services "for the benefit and safety of all children in this home."
