R. Kelly's Teen Girlfriend Claims He Plotted To Murder Her For Stealing Sex Tape

R. Kelly's teen girlfriend Lisa Van Allen is now all grown up and is claiming that he plotted to kill her after she stole one of his sex tapes.

On Lifetime's documentary Surviving R. Kelly, Van Allen, who said she began dating Kelly, now 51, when she was 17, revealed that she took a tape featuring her and a girl, 14, from the alleged "pee tape" with the singer.

According to Van Allen's account, while filming the “I Wish” music video with Kelly, she spotted his bag of tapes. Van Allen told the cameras that she watched several of them and saw footage of Kelly having sex with different young girls.

Van Allen then said, "I came across the (tape) one with me, him and the 14-year-old,” she said, recounting how it showed Kelly urinating on the girl. "When I saw it, it upset me, and I didn’t want him to have possession of the tape anymore, because I was in it. So I took it, and I kept it on me, and when I got a chance to go back to my hotel room, I left it at my hotel room. And he never noticed it was gone."

Van Allen asked a few of Kelly's pals to hold on to the tape for her.

But after the footage leaked out, Van Allen admitted to Kelly that she'd stolen the tape.

"I actually ended up contacting Rob and told him I had taken the tape ... I told them the others who had the tape probably wouldn’t just give it back to me, that they would probably need something to give it back," Van Allen said.

"And so he arranged for them to be paid to give him back his tape. He had them take lie detector tests, the guy and me. And I passed, and the guy did not, because he said he didn’t make any copies. He ended up giving a little payment for the (original), and said that when he brought the rest back, he’d get the rest of the money. Rob said (the payment would be) $250,000." But Van Allen didn't learn until later what a dangerous circumstance she'd been in.

"I just didn’t know that there was a point in time when they were talking about killing me," she concluded. It's not the first incendiary story in the Lifetime documentary on the shamed rapper.

Kelly's former tour manager and personal assistant, Demetrius Smith came clean about his dirty past, saying that he forged documents to change the age of the star’s bride, Aaliyah, after he had impregnated her at age 15! "That broke my heart – I was so disappointed in him,” Demetrius said about R. Kelly impregnating his young girlfriend. “I really believed him when he said he wasn’t messing with Aaliyah because I questioned him. I was lost for words."

As RadarOnline.com reported in 2016, R. Kelly secretly constructed a "sex dungeon," a "heavily guarded" room where he allegedly lured underage girls to perform humiliating sex acts. Despite the many claims he kidnapped, assaulted and brainwashed the girls, the star denied any wrongdoing.

RadarOnline.com readers know that R. Kelly was accused by three sets of parents in 2017 of holding six women against their will in an abusive "cult" throughout Chicago and Atlanta. Kelly and the alleged victims have denied the allegations.

Earlier, he had beaten the rap in another sexual misconduct case. In 2002, Kelly was indicted on 21 counts of child pornography; he pleaded not guilty and was acquitted of all charges in 2008.
