Even more money problems for Tori!
Spelling is now facing a garnishment — and could lose more than $88,000, according to documents obtained exclusively by RadarOnline.com.
American Express Centurion Bank filed a writ of execution order on January 4 asking the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department to take possession of $88,246.55 that the Beverly Hills, 90210 star still owes.
American Express filed the civil suit against Spelling back in October 2016. A Los Angeles judge ruled in the bank's favor back in March 2017, but it looks like the reality star has yet to pay back the full amount she owes the bank.
The court is now directing the Sheriff's Department to take possession of the property, which in this case means they could take the money directly out of Spelling's bank account, or could garnish her wages.
As RadarOnline.com readers know, Spelling has had a string of financial woes over the years.
In the latest scandal, fans slammed the star for allegedly taking their money in daughter Stella's slime business, but refusing to ship the product.
The actress and her husband, Dean McDermott, were also in the hole for taxes they owed on their mansion.
