Is Selena Gomez heading for another meltdown?

Fans are concerned after the troubled singer posted a scary photo of herself with a bloody head.

On January 24, Gomez, 26, took to Instagram to share a photo with fellow singer and friend, Julia Michaels.

In the disturbing photo, Gomez has blood smeared along her hairline, and all over her hands, arms and chest.

In the captions, she described her newly released song "Anxiety" that she performed with Michaels.

"My sweet soul sister. Julia you have been a huge part of my life," she began. "You have taught me how to have courage when I have self doubt. This song is extremely close to my heart as I’ve experienced anxiety and know a lot of my friends do too. You’re never alone if you feel this way. The message is much needed and I really hope you guys like it!"

But fans can breathe a sigh of relief. A rep for the star confirms the snap was taken right after her 2017 American Music Awards performance for her hit song "Wolves."
