Missing Colorado Mom's Fiance Allegedly Asked Mistress To Kill Her
The fiancé of missing Colorado mom Kelsey Berreth allegedly asked a woman believed to be his mistress to kill her, RadarOnline.com has learned.
Last month, an Idaho nurse surfaced as being a part of the investigation of Kelsey Berreth’s disappearance. The nurse, who has since been identified as Krystal Lee, was recently questioned by police for allegedly disposing of Berreth’s phone after the 29-year-old mom went missing.
Now, a couple who runs a law firm in Idaho claimed to local news outlet KMTV that one of their employees, a friend of Lee’s, told them that she heard that Frazee had pressured the nurse to kill Berreth.
Joe and Patty Rockstahl revealed to KMVT that in October 2018, an employee told them her best friend – now known as Lee – told her “a man had asked her to kill the mother of his child.”
The Rockstahls tried getting in touch with Lee to discuss her alleged admission but she never showed up.
In fact, the couple claimed that Lee told the friend to “forget the whole thing.”
At the time, the Idaho couple said they didn’t realize it was Kelsey Berreth and Patrick Frazee who Lee may have been talking about. Patty Rockstahl told the outlet that it wasn’t until Kelsey’s mother, Cheryl, made a desperate plea on television for help in finding her daughter that she put the pieces together.
Patty told the outlet: “At that point in my mind I thought that Patrick, and that was the only name I had heard him called, I didn’t know his last name, had done something to her daughter and he knew where she was at.”

The FBI is still conducting an investigation in Idaho and Colorado.
As RadarOnline.com readers know, Frazee has since been charged with five counts of murder including accusations he plotted to rob Berreth and hire a hitman kill her.
Berreth and Frazee share a one-year-old daughter. The Colorado mother has been missing since November 22.
On Sunday, Jan. 6, human remains were discovered in Colorado. An autopsy report confirmed they were not Berreth’s, but another young local woman who had been reported missing since December.
