Actress and Bill Cosby accuser Louisa Moritz has passed away at age 72. But her death doesn't mean the disgraced comedian is off the hook in the sexual assault case against him. can exclusively reveal her estate vows to continue the legal battle against Cosby.

In court papers exclusively obtained from United States District Court of Massachusetts, Plaintiffs' counsel filed a status report on January 25, 2019 to inform the court that one of the Plaintiffs "passed away" on January 4, 2019.

"Plaintiffs' counsel further represents that a hearing on the appointment of a personal representative is scheduled to be held on February 19, 2019, and that, once a representative of the estate is appointed, the Plaintiffs will move this Court to substitute the representative as a party Plaintiff," the filing read.

The parties are prepared to move forward with a status conference scheduled for February 28, 2019.

A source exclusively told that Moritz's estate "doesn't intend on dropping the suit" despite Cosby's team's determination to have it dismissed.

"Mr. Cosby's lawyers assured him the suit wouldn't go far unless they exhume her body," the insider continued. "They said that this isn't a criminal case, it's a civil case. Therefore, how could Louisa sue Mr. Cosby from 'six feet under?'"

The Blast was the first to report Moritz, who starred in One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest, passed away at her home is Los Angeles due to natural causes.

Tamara Green, Therese Serignese, Linda Traitz, Moritz, Barbara Bowman, Joan Tarshis and Angela Leslie hit Cosby with the suit in December 2014.

The seven women accused Cosby of sexual assault between 1969 and 1992.

Cosby was sentenced to 3 to 10 years in prison for aggravated indecent assault against Andrea Constand, which occurred in 2004.
