Bundle Of Drama! Kim’s Sisters Upset She's Having Baby #4 Amid Kanye Marriage Issues

Kim Kardashian’s surrogate is pregnant with a second baby boy for the 37-year-old Keeping up with the Kardashians star and her troubled hubby, Kanye West!
But RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned the new bundle of joy's spring arrival is anything but happy news for her skeptical sisters.
“Kim’s three kids are already raised by a team of overpaid nannies and help," a Kardashian family insider said. "All that this pregnancy means is that she is going to have to hire two new nannies to take care of her new baby."
“Kim’s sisters think that the last thing she needs is another child, but they are not going to say anything because Kim has her mind made up," added the source.
The baby news, which was first reported by Us Weekly, came as a shock to Kardashian’s adoring fans — mainly due to the fact her marriage to 41-year-old rapper West is already on the rocks.
The couple, who are already parents to daughters Chicago, 11 months, and North, 5, and son Saint, 4, had one male embryo left and that their surrogate is expected to deliver Kardashian and West’s fourth child in very early May.
“Beings she already has two girls and only one boy, Kim told her sisters that they need another boy to even up the score," the source said. "Having two boys and two girls is Kim’s dream."
