Twin punk rock stars Joel and Benji Madden may have been double trouble during their Good Charlotte heyday, but it’s the other members of their family who’ve earned that title as of late — that’s because the Madden brothers’ father and sister have both been arrested for DUIs, RadarOnline.com learned exclusively!

According to one arrest report, the twins’ little sister, Sarah Combs, was pulled over by Maryland cops who knew something was awry when she parked on the sidewalk with her two children in the back seat.

The Annapolis cops detected a “heavy perfume smell” that could have been used to mask the odor of alcohol and controlled substances. Although she passed a breathalyzer test, per the report, she spoke in a “slow quiet voice” and her eyes were “heavy” and “drooping.”

As “she struggled keeping her eyes open,” Sarah confessed to taking medications Prozac and Clonazepam, typically used to treat depression, seizures and panic disorder.

Before taking the field sobriety test, of which she stated “I can’t do this sober,” Sarah told police she suffered from PTSD, depression, obsessive compulsive disorder, and anxiety and admitted to getting only three hours sleep.

Police arrested her on suspicion of driving while impaired and later she was released, but faces eight charges, including negligent driving, reckless driving, and driving a vehicle impaired by drugs while transporting a minor. According to court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, her trial has been postponed.

Joel and Benji’s estranged dad, Roger Combs, who they have admitted suffered from long history of alcohol abuse and was in recovery, apparently fell off the wagon in 2012 when Maryland police found him “sleeping and snoring” behind the wheel — and his blood alcohol level was three times the legal limit!

“The keys were in the ignition and his foot was on the brake pedal,” stated the report.

When woken up “he did not realize he was asleep,” per the report, before admitting to officers he “had one too many.”

The police noted Roger smelled strongly of alcohol and was hauled off to jail after failing the field sobriety test – and blowing a .24 during the breathalyzer exam.

Roger ended up pleading guilty to negligent driving, and paid $50 in fines and court costs, according to case documents. He did not serve any jail time

The 39-year-old famous siblings are no strangers to heavy drinking and getting in trouble with the law either.

The hard-partying, close-knit brothers were almost torn apart by “a full-blown, destroy-the-dressing-room kind of fight” that Joel said in 2014 “might have been influenced by alcohol.”

Joel was also infamously thrown out of his Sydney, Australia, hotel on June 9, 2013, after police found marijuana in his room, but he didn’t face any charges.
