Boston police worked tirelessly for two days until they found Olivia Ambrose, the woman who was kidnapped at a bar while under the influence. But as RadarOnline.com has learned, there was another thing that contributed to her rescue: Apple app Find My iPhone!

According to reports, the 23-year-old woman’s sister used the application to track her whereabouts and lead police to the area where she was found. The map pointed them to an intersection in Charleston’s Bunker Hill development.

After scouting the area, speaking to eyewitnesses and seeing surveillance camera footage, investigators were able to locate Ambrose’s abductor Victor M. Pena, and his apartment.

As RadarOnline.com readers know, Police found Ambrose standing near her captor inside his apartment this Tuesday, January 22. They eventually got her out safely and arrested him. He has now been charged with kidnapping.
