Alex Rodriguez and Jennifer Lopez are making some big property moves.

The power couple is listing two multimillion-dollar apartments in New York at the same time.

And it is understood they are on the look out for an even more lavish Big Apple property.

J-Rod is listing a 4,000-square-foot pad at 432 Park Ave. for $17.5 million — after the couple just bought it back in March.

However, it is too small for their combined families.

A source said: "They love the building, but when their kids are all together, it's too small. They need something bigger for the family."

The couple has four kids between them and the apartment only has three bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms. It was originally bought for $15.3 million, so, they stand to make a tidy profit.

There have been rumors recently that the pair will marry in 2019.

Meanwhile, Lopez, listed her luxury penthouse at the Whitman building, on East 26th Street for a cool $27 million.

The performer reportedly paid $20.16 million for the property back in 2014 which overlooks Madison Square Park.
