Off the hook!

One man who is accusing Usher of giving him herpes has dropped his request for the singer to turn over his medical records, according to court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com.

SEE THE COURT DOCUMENTS

The news, which was originally reported by The Blast, comes after an unnamed male slammed Usher with a lawsuit last year after claiming he got herpes from the singer during a sexual encounter at an L.A. spa.

Now, that man is withdrawing his motion, which originally demanded that Usher turn over doctors records and information on any possible past settlements over herpes.

The court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com note "John Doe" could bring the motion again but will proceed with “further discovery” for the time being.

RadarOnline.com broke the story in July 2017 that Usher paid a $1.1 million settlement to a woman that he allegedly had infected with herpes.

Attorney Lisa Bloom filed a lawsuit on behalf of three more people claiming Usher infected them with herpes. Bloom held a news conference in August with one of the Plaintiffs, Quantasia Sharpton, saying Usher picked her out of a crowd during a concert and later had sex with her.
