'Jane Doe' Exposed! Find Out The Woman Suing Usher In $20 Million Herpes Lawsuit

RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal the identity of "Jane Doe," the woman who filed a $20 million lawsuit against Usher accusing him of giving her Herpes,  after obtaining explosive court documents filed in the sickening STD case.

Filed in Atlanta, Georgia, on September 19, 2017, attorney Lisa West revealed her client's true identity was Laura Helm, and she was a "platonic acquaintance who had close mutual friends," with the singer before she was infected with Herpes .

Helm stated in her documents that she hid her real name "to protect her privacy and identity as she is an adult female who has sustained, and is sustaining, damages of a sensitive, humiliating and embarrassing nature inflicted by the Defendant."

Helm stated she requested the change because Usher "attempted to stall the progression of this case," since she was only identified as "Jane Doe."

Helm claimed that she was not infected with Herpes Simplex 2 before her two sexual encounters with Usher and that after seeing RadarOnline.com's report about the $1.1 million settlement he paid to other women, she went to the doctor and tested positive for the incurable STD.

Helm went into explicit detail in the documents obtained by RadarOnline.com about the two times she claimed she and Usher had sex, in Atlanta on April 16, 2017 and in New Orleans on April 28, 2017.

After a lengthy friendship, at her home in Atlanta they "began engaging in intimate sexual relations, including skin to skin contact  and after Defendant put on a condom that he brought with him, vaginal-penile intercourse," she wrote in the documents, adding that the Defendant " did not ejaculate."

She claimed he removed his condom and encouraged her to perform oral sex on the singer. When she complied, he then "immediately grabbed his penis and went into the bathroom" to prevent her from being able to observe him ejaculate.

Helm also claimed that she met Usher at his hotel room in New Orleans on April 28, 2017 where they again had oral sex and intercourse.

She claims her repeatedly requested and encouraged her to perform oral sex on the hotel balcony. He then "performed oral sex upon Plaintiff."

"Although Defendant brought and wore a condom during intercourse relations on April 16, 2017, in Georgia he did not produce or wear a condom during intercourse relations with Plaintiff on April 28, 2017," the court papers alleged.

After engaging in the sexual and intimate relations, he "leapt from the bed, grabbed his penis, ran to the bathroom, and began to shower again."

She the described the symptoms she observed after their sexual encounters.

An "unusual bump appeared on the inside of Plaintiff's cheek and an unusual bump the size of a pea that was painful to the press touch on Plaintiff's vagina," the documents read.

Helm claims she did not have sexual or intimate relations with any person between the time she had sexual relations with him on April 16, 2017 to when she began to develop symptoms of the STD.

On July 19, 2017, she learned through "breaking news" that defendant had become infected with the incurable Herpes Simplex 2 virus in 2009 or 2010.

She learned that the Defendant had admitted to a former sex partner in 2012 that he was infected with the virus after she discovered a greenish discharge from his penis.

Helm claimed she suffered "damages of a sensitive, humiliating and embarrassing nature inflicted by Defendant," and asked for a jury trial.

Usher asked the judge dismiss the case in his response, claiming she has no proof that he gave her the STD.

RadarOnline.com broke the story in July that Usher paid a $1.1 million settlement to another woman that he had infected with herpes.

Attorney Lisa Bloom filed a lawsuit on behalf of three more people claiming Usher infected them with herpes. Bloom held a news conference in August with one of the Plaintiffs, Quantasia Sharpton, saying Usher picked her out of a crowd during a concert and later had sex with her.
