Could Colton Underwood be Tayshia Adams’ second husband? RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal The Bachelor contestant’s shocking divorce file that exposes her deep debt!
In court papers obtained from Superior Court of Orange County in California, Joshua Bourelle filed for divorce from Tayshia Adams on October 11, 2017 after only one year and six months of marriage, citing irreconcilable differences.
Joshua initially requested spousal support be payable to Tayshia. But in their marital settlement agreement, both parties waived the right for spousal support.
Joshua shall maintain coverage for Tayshia under the medical, hospital and dental insurance currently provided through his employment until the divorce becomes final. After the divorce, Tayshia shall be responsible for obtaining and maintaining her own medical, hospital and dental insurance coverage.
All property acquired by the Tayshia and Joshua prior to the date of their marriage and subsequent to the date of the parties’ separation is their sole and separate property.
Joshua was awarded all personal property, clothing and jewelry in his possession. Tayshia agreed to return his great grandmother’s diamond.
Joshua agreed to pay Tayshia a tax-fee equalization payment of $13,000.
Tayshia was awarded all personal property, clothing, jewelry, furniture, furnishings and appliances now in her possession, including her armoire, dishes, glassware and Kitchen Aid.
She was also awarded her Chase checking accounts in the amounts of $5,205 and $509, and her Chase savings accounts in the amounts of $2,248 and $1,024.
The divorce filing also exposed Tayshia’s debts. She is responsible for paying off her Orange County Credit Union auto loan for $27,236, her student loan for $80,139 and $8,059 in credit card bills. RadarOnline.com can not confirm if the debts have been paid off today.
On April 17, 2018, the marriage was dissolved and Tayshia’s former name was restored.
Filming for Colton’s season began on September 21, 2018, only months after the divorce was finalized.
