The reality show fired Thomas Ravenel after he was accused of sexual assault, but his former nanny filed a lawsuit alleging that Bravo, NBCUniversal, Comcast and production company Haymaker all conspired to cover up her attack, and now RadarOnline.com has the scoop on the future of the show.

Nanny Dawn Ledwell filed the lawsuit in Charleston, South Carolina, detailing her alleged attack and claiming that she informed corporate and production company employees and they did nothing after the fact.

While cameras started rolling on the beleaguered show in October, after the hurricane delayed production, a source close to the show opened up to RadarOnline.com about filming.

“They won't shut the show down,” the source snitched.

“Frivolously litigating against Haymaker and NBCU is truly pointless,” the source warned.

“This suit will get tossed and ‘Southern Charm’ will continue,” the source predicted to RadarOnline.com.

Ledwell claimed that Ravenel “violently and aggressively" ripping her clothes off and forcing his hands between her legs "causing severe and significant injuries,” in the documents filed on December 7 and obtained by RadarOnline.com.

Ledwell’s court documents also claimed that she informed an employee of “Corporate Defendants,” which included Bravo, NBCUniversal, Comcast and Haymaker about the alleged assault in December 2015.

She claimed that they “failed to investigate” her accusations against the Southern Charm star.

Ledwell’s court docs also claimed that “Corporate Defendants and Ravenel have conspired with one another to deter the investigations of assaults committed by Defendant Ravenel.”

She also claimed in the lawsuit obtained by RadarOnline.com that she has not been contacted “since the public disclosure of the allegations of assault in or around May 4, 2018,” and after a statement was released that said: “Haymaker, the production company for Southern Charm, and Bravo take allegations like these very seriously. Haymaker is conducting an investigation, and once all the information is gathered and carefully reviewed, appropriate action will be taken.”
