The Kardashians are being slammed by fans for their “horrendous” apps just days after the sisters announced they will be shutting them down, RadarOnline.com can report.

Kim, Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian, along with their little sis, Kylie Jenner, made the announcement this week that they are canceling the personal apps after years of running them. Kendall Jenner deleted her own last year.

A ton of fans responded to the announcement with non-stop complaints against the Keeping Up With The Kardashians stars. A majority of users hinted that the apps were a rip-off.

“Horrible,” one fan reviewed the app, along with one star. “Every month I pay my subscription fee and I can’t even unlock the app.”

Frustrated fans said the app allows users a seven-day free trial and then automatically charges a monthly fee of $2.99. But according to one user, it’s impossible to cancel the subscription.

“I was billed before the trial period ended and I couldn’t find a way to cancel my subscription in the app itself (which is a joke),” another reviewer wrote.

A source close to the Kardashians admitted the real reason they’re giving up.

“Honestly, they just do not have the time anymore for them,” said the source. “The apps were great at launching their individual platforms but they are not necessary anymore.”

As RadarOnline.com readers know, Kim Kardashian West notoriously took a break from all social media, including her app, following her Paris robbery. In January 2017, the KUWTK star made a surprise return to her app by sharing a compilation of home videos chronicling her difficult year.

Some fans were in full support of the sisters’ decision to cancel the app because there were allegedly no customer service representatives to speak with over the phone regarding tech issues.

“I’ve never heard of a ‘business’ that charges its customers (so it obviously has some type of service team)…that has NO phone number,” said one upset fan. “NO one person to handle any kind of complaints, concerns or even compliments for that matter (if there are any)…for Gods sakes girl…if someone wants to cancel their subscription…let them f’n cancel!!!”

“You Kardashians make PLENTY of money as it is. But that’s not enough?!” the angry fan continued.

A source told RadarOnline.com that it was ultimately matriarch Kris Jenner who told the girls to call it quits.

“Kris really forced the family to pull the plug but no one was against it,” the insider said.
