A California mom has been arrested for allegedly drowning her 10-month-old twin babies to death inside a motel bathtub.

As RadarOnline.com has learned, the crazed woman, Heather Langdon, 37, was staying at the establishment for free after being kicked out of a women's shelter for causing a disturbance. On Thursday, after spending the night at the motel with her baby sons, Mason and Maddox Murguia, she reportedly drowned them in the bathtub.

Maria Marez, a woman who saw Langdon the morning after the alleged murders told YourCentralValley.com that "She was just standing there looking around. She looked kind of worried, like something was wrong."

"She was like, 'I almost drowned them. I almost drowned them' and then I flagged down the police," explained Marez. "She kept saying that: 'I almost drowned them. I almost drowned my babies,' and she was trying to help the babies but I didn't know that they were already deceased."
