After years of having trouble keeping weight on, Amal Clooney has gained some needed pounds and it’s all thanks to a healthy diet and exercise regimen, RadarOnline.com exclusively learned.

She’s looking less like her usual scary skinny self and more like an athlete, and her scrawny arms have some muscle on them too,” the snitch said about twins Alexander and Ella’s 40-year-old mom.
