The woman, who ran over and killed two children in Brooklyn and caused a Broadway actress to lose her unborn child, has died.

As RadarOnline.com has learned, Dorothy Bruns, 44, was found dead of apparent suicide inside her Staten Island home this Tuesday afternoon. According to reports, a suicide note and multiple bottles of prescription pills were found near her body.

Readers know Bruns crushed two toddlers with her car this March, when she was driving while texting in Park Slope. Broadway actress Ruthie Ann Miles — who was seven months pregnant at the time — was injured and lost the baby due to the tragedy. Her 4-year-old daughter, Abigail, was also killed.
