So Awkward! Kim Avoids Tristan During Tense Run-In Inside Khloe's Delivery Room

Kim Kardashian does not play around when it comes to her family, and after finding out about Tristan Thompson's cheating scandal, the last thing the beauty wanted was to run into him inside Khloe Kardashian's delivery room — which is exactly what happens on the upcoming episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians.

"I am so relieved that we made it and that we will be able to help Khloe through this delivery, like thank god," says Kim, 37, after arriving in Cleveland to witness the birth of Khloe's first child.

"Can you believe we made it?" Kim asks her pregnant sister, who is lying on her hospital bed and wearing an oxygen mask. "Like, I can't believe we made it."

In the delivery room are Khloe's BFF Malika Haqq, Kris Jenner, Kourtney Kardashian and Kim.

"The contractions were brutal," Khloe, 34, tells them.

Kim then runs off to the bathroom, but when she returns, Khloe's unfaithful baby daddy is right there, holding her hand!

"The vibe in the room is calm. I thought there would be way more tension," Kim says in her confessional. "As much as I wanna go off, I just don't think it's the time, so I'm gonna keep it cute. I don't have to have a lot of interaction, I just have to be there for her."

As her daughters are all trying to keep it together for Khloe, Kris Jenner, 63, tries to lighten the mood by spinning around in her chair and dancing around the room. At one point she answers a FaceTime call from Kylie Jenner — who was unable to attend the birth because she was also pregnant at the time.

"I'm so excited!" Kylie, 21, says. "It's so fun!"

"It is fun Kylie, I like your attitude," says Kourtney, 39.

Still, the ambiance in the room is clearly off — though Khloe certainly doesn't seem to notice.

"I'm really excited to have everyone there but oh my god, I'm getting that much closer to actually having to give birth," she says in her confessional.

In denial much?
