It's been a tough few weeks for Americans everywhere — and Juliette Lewis is feeling it.

This Tuesday, the Camping actress took to Instagram to share a series of bizarre videos of her jamming out to Britney Spears' "Work B***h" while driving. In the clips, she begins questioning life's meaning, and jokes that the blonde pop-queen should rescue humanity from disaster.

"Simpler times!" Lewis, 45, yells in one of the clips while bobbing her head and singing along.

The outspoken actress' videos come one week after Southern California's deadly bar shooting, and just days after a seemingly-unstoppable wild fire began devastating Malibu.

While Lewis is evidently joking with her funny epiphanies, she's certainly not the only celebrity feeling overwhelmed by the country's recent events.
