Hayden Panettiere's Beau Allegedly Gets Into Fight With His Dad And Cops Are Called
Hayden Panettiere's boyfriend Brian Hickerson reportedly got into such a big fracas with his father that police were summoned.
According to a website that obtained the report from the Greenville City Police Department in South Carolina, the incident happened last month.
Panettiere, 29, allegedly opened the door to the cops looking frantic.
Police had responded to a call for assault and battery allegedly involving the ex-Nashville star's beau Hickerson and his father David.
The responding officer saw what appeared to be Hickerson chasing his father through the house with a Gatorade bottle in his hand, the documents obtained by the website stated.
The cop cuffed Hickerson after observing Panetierre's panic, according to the report.
Hickerson was uncooperative, refusing to give any personal information because he feared bad PR for Panettiere, the report noted.
But the actress allegedly told police that she and Hickerson's dad had been drinking before the incident.
Hickerson allegedly had severe bruising and bleeding on his face and claimed he had fallen down, the police document said.
The former Heroes star has been seeing Hickerson for a few months after breaking up with her baby daddy boxer fiance, Wladimir Klitschko, 42. They had been together for nine years and co-parent their daughter Kaya, 3.
As RadarOnline.com has exclusively reported, Panetierre's pals and family members are "deeply concerned," about her romance with Hickerson.
"They do not approve. They are hoping that this is something that she is going to evolve from," a source said.
Since leaving the TV series Nashville, and ending her long relationship with Klitschko in August, Panetierre has been been spotted around Hollywood with new boy toy Hickerson.
Panettiere was caught puking over a railing after one too many cocktails after a recent outing, as RadarOnline.com exclusively reported.

Although a source said he was joking, in a shocking post on his Instagram story, cash-strapped Hickerson, 34, admitted when Panettiere is sleeping, he steals her credit card to pay for things he wants, RadarOnline.com revealed.
Hickerson was also slapped with a lawsuit from a credit card company for failing to pay his bills, RadarOnline.com exclusively learned.
According to court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, Hickerson owes thousands of dollars to a credit card company for failing to pay his bills.
On March 8, 2018 Bank of Travelers Rest filed a complaint against Panettiere’s boyfriend, claiming he owes upwards of $13,000.
According to his 2013 credit card application, Hickerson claimed he was self-employed as a Director of Operations of Hickerson Property, with an annual gross income of $48,000.
RadarOnline.com's calls to the Greenville City police department and Panettiere's mother haven't yet been returned.
