Cops Say Casey Kasem’s Children Did Not Collude To Kill Him!

Gig Harbor police department released a statement about the investigation Casey Kasem's wife asked them to conduct, stating that they did not find evidence that his children, Julie and Kerri, and the hospital where the radio star died mistreated him and caused his death.

“The investigation was restricted to the standard of care offered to Mr. Kasem in the days before his death, the consideration of any guardianship authority in the medical decisions made during that time, and any sign of collusion between the medical personnel and the family members exerting guardianship for Mr. Kasem,” the press release from the Gig Harbor PD said.

“There was no evidence of collusion between parties that would construe any part of this incident to be considered a homicide.”

Kasem’s daughters exclusively told RadarOnline.com that they felt vindicated by the police department's investigation.

“We are grateful to the Gig Harbor Police Department for confirming what we have known all along, that Jean Kasem’s ridiculous allegations are completely unsupported by reality or fact. Jean has once again instigated a baseless investigation, then went on a media blitz to detract from the mountains of evidence we have complied against her."
