Prince Charles is set to open a holistic clinic, where services will include sex advice, and patients are said to "get a real buzz from it," RadarOnline.com learned exclusively.

Charles, 69, has set up the clinic in the grounds of Dumfries House, an Ayrshire mansion that he helped save for the nation a decade ago.

Nicknamed the "Royal NHS", the new Health and Wellbeing Centre, is to open in January.

A psychotherapist will conduct sessions on sex and physical relationships post-menopause.

A statement on the Dumfries House website says: “The building will comprise one large room, which will be used for group yoga or meditation sessions, with six smaller rooms that can be used as treatment rooms for individual therapies. With energy-efficient underfloor heating throughout the center, the construction is designed to create a sense of warmth and encourage relaxation, putting patients at ease, in addition to providing much-needed space for the program’s practicing therapists."

The new center will offer a wide range of complementary therapies – reflexology, acupuncture and hypnotherapy to name three – that encourage everything from increased fertility and menopausal health to chronic pain management, while also helping combat diabetes and obesity, with a strong focus on nutrition and diet, including workshops on planting, harvesting and cooking produce from the Estate gardens.

“Different therapies appeal to different people,” said Dumfries House Health and Wellbeing Coordinator, Carolyn Paton.

“It is exciting when you see the connection they make with a therapy and they get a real buzz from it, making them feel better and wanting to try more.”

Charles, who has faced criticism in the past for his support for complementary health therapies, won backing from the NHS and local authorities for his Health and Wellbeing Centre, which will assist patients battling a range of illnesses, from cancer to obesity.

For 11 years, Dumfries House has been run as a tourist attraction and community center, but the Prince has also used it to promote some of his utopian ideas, such as championing traditional crafts.

Charles' new venture comes as a surprise, after RadarOnline.com previously reported exclusively the royal wasn't too keen on sex with his own wife, Princess Diana.

She revealed her husband wasn’t interested in having sex with her too often after she gave birth to their second and final child, son Harry —in the most recent revelation to mark the 20th anniversary of her death.

In videos shot in the early 1990s revealed by the late Diana’s former voice coach, Peter Settelen, she told him after she had Harry, Charles rarely wanted to hit the sheets with her — and blamed it all on her love rival, his longtime mistress Camilla Parker Bowles.
