Fans Slam Kim & Kanye Over Meeting With Anti-LGBT Dictator In Uganda

Fans are outraged after Kim Kardashian and hubby Kanye West met with notoriously anti-LGBT Ugandan dictator Yoweri Museveni, who made homosexuality illegal in 2014.

After footage surfaced of the couple’s meeting with the African President, in which the troubled 41-year-old rapper gifted him with a white pair of Yeezy sneakers, Twitter went off — alleging Kardashian, 38 and her husband of promoting hate!

Twitter user @I_Call_Bullsh_t called out Kardashian and wrote, "Just a reminder Kim Kardashian You are sucking up to an anti-gay leader who imprisons people just for being gay. Not a good move for your brand."

Twitter user @jorgiecakes also slammed the Keeping up with the Kardashians star, writing, “Yo Kim Kardashian and Kanye West, Did you do your homework on Uganda anti-LGBT laws and death sentences they use on their gay citizens before meeting their President and First Lady?"

Homosexuality is illegal in Uganda, as well as 35 other countries and, if convicted, carries a sentence of up to life in prison.

As fans know, this is not the first time that Kardashian has been accused of being anti-gay.

In July, the mother of three was slammed by LGBT fans when she fired a homophobic insult to actor Tyson Beckford, who commented on a photo of her that he did not care for her outfit.

In the tweet, Kardashian wrote, “sis we all know why you don’t care for it.” Beckford is not, in fact, gay.

Do you think that Kim Kardashian’s gay fans have right to be upset? Sound off in the comments.
