Heather Locklear is celebrating her freedom!

As RadarOnline.com exclusively reported, the troubled Melrose Place actress, 57, left rehab last week after more than three months in treatment — and she didn't waste any time reconnecting with her beloved daughter.

Surrounded by loved ones, Locklear celebrated Ava's 21st birthday on October 5 with an intimate, private party at ex-husband Richie Sambora's house, a source told RadarOnline.com.

Though it would have been an appropriate occasion to toast Ava for turning the legal drinking age, no booze was served at the bash.

“Out of respect for Heather, there was no alcohol allowed," the source said.

Also among the guests were Locklear’s parents and her fiancé, Chris Heisser.

But the couple decided to keep a lower profile during the weekend’s remaining celebrations for the 21-year-old.

“On Sunday, Richie threw Ava a huge party in Santa Monica on a hotel rooftop, complete with a celebrity chef cooking tons of food and music for her and her friends,” spilled the source. “Heather didn’t go because it was in public and she wants to lay low right now.”

Despite her absence, the doting mom couldn’t be more proud of her only child.

Three days after RadarOnline.com exclusively reported the Melrose Place stunner would be leaving rehab, Locklear posted a joyful video about her daughter's birthday inside her home.

“Oh my gosh I can’t believe my little baby’s birthday is today,” said Locklear in the video. “She’s growing up so quickly!”

“I want to say happy birthday to my favorite person in the world, Ava, my princess, my one and only,” she gushed. “I just think you’re the kindest, funniest, smartest, most beautiful child in the world.”

Locklear’s emotional tribute comes after she spent months receiving treatment for alcohol addiction and mental issues.

In June, she allegedly attacked a police officer and an ambulance staffer while "extremely intoxicated," cops claimed.

She faces eight misdemeanor charges, but has pleaded not guilty.
