Heather Locklear is finally a free woman — at least for now!
Three days after RadarOnline.com exclusively reported the Melrose Place actress would be leaving rehab this week, Locklear, 57, posted a video of her inside her home!
In the clip, the star shows viewers various sweet photos of her with daughter Ava, who turned 21 this Thursday.
“Oh my gosh I can’t believe my little baby’s birthday is today,” says Locklear in the video. “She’s growing up so quickly!”
Showing happy snaps of Ava as a baby, girl, teen and now adult, Locklear becomes emotional.
“I want to say happy birthday to my favorite person in the world, Ava, my princesa, my one and only,” she adds. “I just think you’re the kindest, funniest, smartest, most beautiful child in the world.”
Locklear’s adorable home video comes after the bombshell spent about three months receiving treatment for her alcohol addiction and mental issues.
RadarOnline.com readers recall that after mixing Adderall with booze, Locklear allegedly attacked her father, tried to strangle her mother and even threatened to kill herself. She also, most recently, attacked a police officer and resisted arrest following a physical fight with her fiancé. For that, she faces eight misdemeanor charges, but has pled not guilty.
Despite it all, her family members and loved ones are “optimistic and excited” now that she’s out of rehab, and truly believe “her long stay in treatment has helped her,” a source told RadarOnline.com.
