"Our commission chairman said that he went to sleep and did not wake up," a spokesperson for the Sheriff's Office previously revealed to RadarOnline.com. "We are not ruling anything out."

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, porn star Ron Jeremy said he was with Hof the night before he suddenly passed away.

While Jeremy insisted to RadarOnline.com that his pal Hof never did drugs, he admitted the brothel owner, who had been running for a Senate, "had the best night of his life."

"He did a rally, and he was going to run for the Senate, some kind of legislation Senate seat," Jeremy said. "He had some pretty good people last night supporting him. And he said it was his greatest night ever. Isn't that crazy?"

Jeremy added that Hof had also been hooking up with a girl the night before.

"He gave her a good time, he might have been like a Nelson Rockefeller. Remember he died in the saddle?" Jeremy noted.
