Toxicology Report To Determine Cause Of Nevada Brothel Owner Dennis Hof's Mysterious Death

The 72-year-old passed away suddenly in his sleep.

A toxicology report is underway to determine the cause of death of Dennis Hof, the controversial Nevada brother owner who was found dead in bed at the Love Ranch on Oct. 15 RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal.

According to officials, additional tests are necessary to complete the autopsy report.

“Those results will take six-to-eight weeks and upon their return we will release the information contained within,” Lieutenant David Boruchowitz of the Nye County Sheriff’s Office revealed.

“Our commission chairman said that he went to sleep and did not wake up,” a spokesperson for the Sheriff’s Office previously revealed to Radar. “We are not ruling anything out.”

As Radar previously reported, porn star Ron Jeremy said he was with Hof the night before he suddenly passed away.

While Jeremy insisted to Radar that his pal Hof never did drugs, he admitted the brothel owner, who had been running for a Senate, “had the best night of his life.”

“He did a rally, and he was going to run for the Senate, some kind of legislation Senate seat,” Jeremy said. “He had some pretty good people last night supporting him. And he said it was his greatest night ever. Isn’t that crazy?”

Jeremy added that Hof had also been hooking up with a girl the night before.

“He gave her a good time, he might have been like a Nelson Rockefeller. Remember he died in the saddle?” Jeremy noted.

Hof owned seven legal brothels in the state of Nevada, but the tycoon was most famous for owning the popular Love Ranch, where NBA star Lamar Odom nearly died in 2015.

Hof was 72 years old.
