Amy's Duggar Diss! Cousin Claims She Doesn't Want To 'Limit' Life By Rushing Babies
Cousin Amy might have been born into the famous Duggar family – but she certainly doesn't want to follow in their footsteps, RadarOnline.com can exclusively report.
In an interview with RadarOnline.com, Amy revealed the reason she and her husband, Dillon, have held off on having kids.
"I didn't want to limit myself by just getting pregnant right off the bat and not exploring the rest of what my life could be," Amy explained.
Amy's reasoning is a stark contrast to her famous cousins' beliefs. The Duggar women are known for their tradition of starting a family shortly after tying the knot.
As RadarOnline.com readers know, Jinger, Kendra, and Joy-Anna Duggar each gave birth to their first child this year.
Meanwhile, Amy and Dillon happily celebrated their third wedding anniversary last month. RadarOnline.com reported the newlyweds are now co-owners of an upcoming clothing boutique.
Although she has not become pregnant yet, Amy told RadarOnline.com that she still plans on having children one day.
"Babies are on our brain for sure," Amy revealed.
But the former 19 Kids and Counting star explained she wants the other areas of her life to be stable.
"I want to be settled. I think it's boutique, and then a baby," said the former reality star.
Plus, focusing on her marriage has been a top priority, Amy said.

"I also wanted to have this really great foundation with my husband so that when my baby turns 18 years old I'm not learning how to love my husband all over again," said the Duggar cousin.
