Tom Arnold and Mark Burnett's feud has only gotten nastier.

This Monday, the actor took to Twitter to accuse the TV producer of attacking him at an Emmys bash!

"Mark Burnett just went apes**t & choked me at this huge Emmy party then he ran away with his torn Pink shirt & missing gold chain. I'm waiting for LAPD," Arnold, 59, tweeted.

Following his accusation, Burnett's wife, Roma Downey tweeted a photo of her bruised hand, writing ""Got this bruise tonight when Tom Arnold tried to ambush my husband Mark and me at a charity event. Is your TV show worth it Tom?"

Furious, Arnold fired back: "Bulls**t. You lie your crazy husband attacked me you psycho. I'm filing police report & suing you for defamation."

Arnold's lawyer then confirmed Burnett "attacked" the actor outside the star-studded party.

The Los Angeles Police Department told RadarOnline.com they did not respond to the scuffle, and no police report was filed.

The fiery spat comes just one day before Arnold premieres his controversial show, The Hunt for the Trump Tapes, on Viceland.

In the show, the True Lies star hopes to expose the allegedly racist remarks Donald Trump made on the set of The Apprentice, as well as the infamous "golden shower" video which Arnold claims is real.

Burnett, 58, is the executive producer of The Apprentice and The Celebrity Apprentice.
