Madison Channing Walls has signed over custody of her daughter Harper London to her parents amid drug relapse rumors. But her baby daddy Tony Raines refuses to give up their 2-year-old. RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal the Real World: Skeletons stars are gearing up for a nasty custody battle.

In court papers exclusively obtained from Travis County District Court in Texas, Walls' parents Cally and Michael Shapshak asked the court grant them sole custody of Harper from her and Raines, whose real name is Charles Anthony.

“Cally and Michael have had possession of the child since date of birth,” the original petition filed on April 16, 2018 read. “The appointment of the parents as managing conservators would not be in the best interest of the child. It is in the best interest of the child that Petitioners be appointed sole managing conservators of the child.”

In Walls’ response to the petition, filed on July 13, 2018, she wrote, “I want my parents to have custody of my daughter.”

But Raines, who also shares younger daughter Isla with girlfriend Alyssa Giacone, isn’t signing over his rights of his oldest child that easily.

“Respondent admits that Petitioners have had possession of the child,” his response filed on August 23, 2018 read. “However, the mother, Madison Channing Walls, was living with petitioners at the time and it is believed that she will likely continue to do so in the future.”

Raines, who is currently on The Challenge: Vendettas, denies that appointing him and Walls, 27, as managing conservators would not be in the best interest of Harper.

“Respondent also specifically denies the allegation that it is in the best interest of the child that Petitioners, the child’s grandparents, be appointed sole managing conservators of the child,” the papers read.

However, Raines, 30, believes the parties will enter into a written agreement containing provision for conservatorship of, possession of, access to, and support of the child. If the parties do not come up with an agreement, then he “requests that the court make orders for conservatorship.”

The case remains pending.

The custody battle comes amid speculation that Walls, who dated Teen Mom 2 star Javi Marroquin in 2017, has relapsed on heroin.

In a now-deleted Instagram post from July, Madison appeared extremely gaunt, sparking relapse rumors. She also appeared to have track marks on the inside of her arm. She has been posting less on social media. When she does, it is often selfies or older photos.

“I had to go off grid… I’ll be back soon,” she captioned a photo with her daughter on September 7. “Thank you for all of your support.”

In July she wrote, “I do apologize and promise I will really work on posting more. Over the past few months a lot has happened, but will try my hardest to make this a priority again.”

Walls’ mother denied the drug rumors exclusively to RadarOnline.com.

“She’s doing great,” she said. “Nothing is wrong. She’s fine. No she’s not on drugs.”

She added of the custody filing, “The conservatorship is because it’s our family raising Harper. Tony isn’t involved. We just want to protect her. He does post about her a lot on social media, especially for someone not on the birth certificate.”

Raines declined to comment when contacted by RadarOnline.com.

As readers know, Walls has been open about her struggles with addiction.

I’m a recovering heroin addict,” she said on Real World: Skeletons. “I am scarred for life from it. I just feel grateful to be alive.”

On one episode, she admitted to overdosing on more than one occasion.

RadarOnline.com broke that Walls was arrested on May 24, 2013 for possession of narcotic paraphernalia and attempted theft.

During a search of her bag after being busted stealing from a CVS store, the reporting officer wrote in the police report, “The bag had some spoons partially sticking out of one end and I asked Madison if that was her drug bag and she said yes. I asked if there were needles in it and she said yes there might be. I opened the bag and it had two syringes and three spoons that were burned from heating heroin.”

While searched at the jail, officers found that her body was covered in track marks.

“It should be noted that Madison’s arms were covered with track marks from needles and when she was searched at the jail,” the report read. “The deputies informed me that she had oozing sores on her butt from what Madison admitted to be from shooting drugs in her butt cheek area.”

Walls pled guilty and was ordered to pay $220 in fines and court costs.
