Redmond O'Neal Blames Victim In Lawsuit After Allegedly Stabbing Him In Brain
Farrah Fawcett's son, Redmond O'Neal, refuses to take any blame for allegedly stabbing a stranger in the brain with a knife, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.
In a shocking new court filing obtained by RadarOnline.com, O'Neal responded to his alleged victim, Seth Folkerson's lawsuit, and flipped the accusations entirely onto him.
First, O'Neal, 33, claimed that he was using self-defense after allegedly plunging a knife three and a half inches into 24-year-old Folkerson's brain in May 2018. O'Neal was also accused of slitting Folkerson's throat along the carotid artery in the alleged violent incident.
"Defendant alleges that some and/or all alleged acts and omissions of Defendant referred to in the Complaint were in defense of others," the documents stated.
Also in the court filing, O'Neal claimed he had an "unsound mind" at the time of the alleged attack. Sources close to Folkerson, an aspiring actor also known as Anton Troy, previously claimed to RadarOnline.com that O'Neal's violence was a "kill attack."
Photos obtained by RadarOnline.com showed Folkerson's bloody head wounds he endured in May while laying in a hospital bed in Santa Monica, Calif.

O'Neal was later hauled in by cops on May 8 after he allegedly robbed a 7-Eleven at knifepoint for a measly $60 – despite inheriting the $4.5 million estate of his famous mom.
Folkerson originally filed a complaint against the Charlie's Angels actress's son for personal injuries based upon negligence, assault and battery.
According to O'Neal's response, he believes it's the alleged victim's fault for not assuming risk. The jailbird said Folkerson had "full knowledge" that he "voluntarily" exposed himself to "all of the matters and things alleged in the complaint."
Additionally, O'Neal claimed that his alleged victim is the one who acted "carelessly, wantonly, recklessly and negligently so as to have himself been the proximate cause of any damage or injury" alleged in the complaint.
O'Neal is currently sitting behind bars and faces 22 years in prison for going on an alleged crime spree, including murder charges.
