Elizabeth Smart’s male kidnapper has been moved to a high-security prison in Indiana that houses some of the country’s most notorious criminals, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.

Bryan David Mitchell, 64, was moved this week from a prison in Oklahoma, to the U.S. Penitentiary in Terre Haute, Indiana. His new Midwest location is the same facility where some of the country’s most dangerous terrorists are awaiting the death penalty.

RadarOnline.com has learned that Mitchell’s new facility is home to gunman Dylann Roof, the 24-year-old criminal who was convicted of killing nine members of a Bible study group at a South Carolina church in 2015. He is awaiting execution.

According to reports, the Indiana prison is where Boston bomber Dzhokhar Tsarnaev was also supposed to begin his sentence before receiving the death penalty. However, he is currently locked up in a Colorado prison.

News of Mitchell’s move comes on the heels of his wife Wanda Barzee’s recent release from prison. Both Mitchell and Barzee, 72, kidnapped Smart at the age of 14, raping and torturing her for nine months.

Smart, now a married mother of two, has voiced her disapproval of Barzee’s newfound freedom.

As RadarOnline.com readers know, the female kidnapper is now living in a jail rehab center.

Mitchell is currently serving a life sentence for the child snatching.
