Burt Reynolds was alive but having “difficulty breathing and chest pains,” when 9-1-1 was called for him before his shocking death on Thursday.
In the emergency call obtained by RadarOnline.com, a male tells the operator that 82-year-old Reynolds “is experiencing difficulty breathing and chest pains.”
The operator asked if Reynolds was awake and the caller said “semi.” He also told the operator Reynolds was “breathing but not answering questions.”
Reynolds’ friend said he was not breathing normally but was not changing color. He told the operator “He had a bypass a few years ago,” about his medical history and said he had taken his usual regimen of prescriptions.
He also told the operator that Reynolds was having cold sweats before paramedics arrived.
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Reynolds passed away at a hospital in Florida.
