Bill Cosby's Lawyers Claim Felon's Too Old & Blind To Attack More Women!

Bill Cosby's defense fired back after a psychologist from the Pennsylvania Sex Offender Assessment Board took the stand this morning at his sentencing hearing to testify that the convicted comic is likely to reoffend, RadarOnline.com can report.

Despite Judge O'Neill shutting down the defense's claim that labeling the sex fiend a "sexually violent predator" is unconstitutional – Cosby's lawyer came out swinging, insisting his client is "legally blind" and too old to be violent.

"Do you acknowledge he is blind – permanently blind? How's he going to meet these people?" Joseph P. Green asked Dr. Kristen F. Dudley of the Pennsylvania Sex Offender Assessment Board.

"People that are blind are invited to functions. It does not render them unconscious, unsocial." Dr. Dudley responded. "It is possible he has already met someone who could be a future victim."

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, the fallen funnyman returned to court Monday to kick off the first day of his sentencing without his wife Camille.

Cosby's defense team asked if the board took his age and health into account.

"How many of your reports concerned defendants over 80 years old?" Joseph P. Green asked, continuing "Have you researched the likelihood of someone to reoffend at 81 years old?"

The state expert noted that the board concluded that the convicted comic suffers from paraphilia, a mental disorder that gives him an urge to sexually abuse unconscious women, therefore he is likely to reoffend regardless of his age or health problems.

"He is able to meet people, befriend them and due to the parahelia it is likely to reoccur."

As RadarOnline.com first reported, Cosby was labeled a "sexually violent predator" after the state's evaluation in June.

The judge is making a final decision about the matter by the end of the day.

He faces 30 years in prison for drugging and sexually assaulting Andrea Constand in 2004.
