The financial issues continue for Tori Spelling, but could her latest debt force her to lose her Los Angeles home? RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal the cash-strapped actress and her husband Dean McDermott owe taxes on their mansion.

A clerk for Los Angeles County Assessor exclusively confirmed to RadarOnline.com that Spelling and McDermott's tax status is “delinquent” on their Woodland Hills abode for the 2017 year.

The couple owes $1,980 in taxes for their 5-bedroom home.

The most recent debt comes after City National Bank sued Spelling, 45, and McDermott, 51, in December 2016 for failing to pay a back loan of $400,000 given to them in 2010.

City National Bank accused the reality star couple of “owing plaintiff an unpaid principle balance in the amount of $185,714.05, plus interest in the amount of $2,407.92 and late charges in the amount of $681.41, for a total of $188,803.38.”

They also demanded Spelling pay the $17,149.09 she withdrew from September 2016.

In May 2017, City National Bank was awarded a judgment of $202,066.10 plus $17,730.56 after they ignored the filing.

A court hearing has been set for August 15, 2018.

On January 13, 2016, American Express sued the actress for failing to pay an outstanding balance of $37,981.97. Then in October 2016, American Express sued her again for $87,595.55. Both lawsuits are pending.

The money troubles continued on May 4, 2018 when Citibank, which is acting as a debt buyer, filed a motion to collect $5,000 from Spelling.

“No part of said sum has been paid, although demand therefor has been made, and there is now due, owing and unpaid from said Defendant, and each of them, to Plaintiff, said amount,” the lawsuit read. “Within four years last past, Defendant became indebted to Citibank, N.A. on an open book account for money due in the sum of at least $5,078.47.”

“Although demand therefore has been made, Defendants have failed and refused to pay said agreed balance.” A court hearing in the case has been set for May 10, 2019.
