Guidices In Crisis! Teresa Will Not Attend Husband Joe’s Deportation Hearing
Teresa Giudice is not standing by her man!
The Real Housewives of New Jersey star, 46, is not planning to attend her husband’s deportation hearing later this month, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.
“Teresa is saying that she isn’t going to court for the hearing,” a source close to the reality star told RadarOnline.com. “She just can’t take the stress, and she believes nothing will happen anyway, so she doesn’t need to be there."
According to the Department of Justice, family members are allowed to attend the hearings.
As RadarOnline.com exclusively reported in June, Italian native Joe, 46, is officially in "removal proceedings" amid his three-year sentence in federal prison on fraud charges.
The felon is “in deportation proceedings while he’s in custody,” an ICE spokesperson told RadarOnline.com. “ICE has lodged a detainer, and he is in removal proceedings.”
Giudice is fighting to remain in the United States with his wife and four children, a DOJ official told RadarOnline.com this summer.
“Mr. Giudice applied for a cancellation of removal on May 8, 2018, and filed a motion to terminate on May 24,” the DOJ official said. “Both requests remain pending.”
An ICE spokesperson exclusively told RadarOnline.com that Giudice could be deported even before his sentence ends in March 2019.

His children visited him days before his June 20 hearing, but his wife did not.
“Teresa spends all her time down at the shore. She doesn’t spend it with Joe," the source said.
“Teresa has never admitted Joe is going to get deported. She lives in a fantasy world,” an insider previously told RadarOnline.com. “She just believes everything is going to be ok.”
