Fear Sets In! Danielle Staub Has Police Protection At Home After Restraining Order

Danielle Staub has around-the-clock police protection at her home after being granted a restraining order against her estranged husband, RadarOnline.com exclusively learned.

The Real Housewives of New Jersey star wasn’t taking any chances with Marty Caffrey, whom she accused of “domestic violence non-reported verbal abuse.”

“Danielle has a marked police car outside her house now,” an insider snitched to RadarOnline.com. “Marty isn’t supposed to come back to the house, but after he was escorted back by the police earlier in the week to pick things up from the home, Danielle was given police protection,” the source told RadarOnline.com.

Captain Torrell of the Englewood, New Jersey Police Department told RadarOnline.com they could not discuss details of a domestic violence case. But he said that the police department provides security for residents when they are in need.

According to Staub's restraining order, which was obtained by RadarOnline.com, they had a huge blowout on August 13, 2018. Cops were called twice to their home and escorted him off the property in the middle of the night.

When Staub’s restraining order was granted, Caffrey was banned from the home, but he had a police escort with him when he returned to collect personal belongings.

Marty’s behavior really scared Danielle and so she asked for police protection when she is alone in the house,” the source explained.

In Caffrey’s restraining order, which has been granted, he claimed she threatened to “stab him in the neck at least a dozen times.”

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Caffrey and Staub are scheduled to appear in court on August 20, 2018 for the restraining orders.
