John Mayer's Beverly Hills house was reportedly "ransacked" by burglars on Friday, August 10.

A website reported that the "Your Body Is A Wonderland" singer's home was robbed in the middle of the morning.

Mayer, 40, lost between $100,000 and $200,000 dollars worth of property, including music equipment.

The star, known for being a watch collector, was also robbed of priceless timepieces, according to the report.

The burglar apparently broke one of Mayer's bedroom windows to get in.

No one was home during the burglary but a security guard called police later in the day when he saw the broken window.

Mayer has had tough times lately. In December, he was admitted into the hospital for an emergency appendectomy.

And as RadarOnline.com recently reported, Mayer can't find a date after being blackballed by his Hollywood exes, including Jennifer Aniston, Taylor Swift, and Katy Perry, a source said.
