Loretta Lynn’s Heartbreak: Daughter-In-Law Dies Hours After Concert At Singer’s Ranch

Loretta Lynn’s family member suddenly passed away hours after attending a concert on Saturday at the country star’s Tennessee ranch, RadarOnline.com can exclusively report.

The “You Ain’t Woman Enough” singer’s former daughter-in-law, Cynthia “Cindy” Plemons died unexpectedly in her Franklin, Tennessee home on the night of July 8. According to Plemons’ friends, she passed away in her sleep.

Hours before Plemons’ unexpected death, she was spotted dancing the night away at a tribute show titled "Salute to Conway and Loretta." Loretta's granddaughter and Plemons' daughter, singer Tayla Lynn, headlined the show.

Tayla hysterically broke down in tears in a video she posted to her Facebook page announcing her mom’s death.

“I went and I saw her today at the funeral home and I couldn’t really feel anything in the room,” Tayla said while sobbing.

Loretta, however, has yet to publicly announce the passing of her ex daughter-in-law. Plemons was previously married to Loretta’s son, Ernest Ray Lynn, before they divorced years ago.

The country star endured her own health complications in 2017 when a horrific stroke left her speechless, leaving her career on the line.

But on Wednesday Loretta alerted fans on her official Facebook page that she has been busy filming a music video at the ranch for her new album. The location of the video is the same place her ex daughter-in-law spent her last hours.
