Demi Lovato was unresponsive when paramedics arrived to her Hollywood Hills home following a possible heroin overdose, RadarOnline.com can confirm.
According to dispatcher audio responding to the 911 call, the female was “unconscious.”
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Los Angeles cops and firefighters swarmed the troubled singer’s home after receiving a distress call at 11:30 am this morning.
Los Angeles Police Department Officer Ray Brown told RadarOnline.com exclusively: “Police received a call at 11:37 am of a possible OD of a 25-year-old female in Hollywood.”
She was transported to a local hospital, and is recovering.
The star relapsed on drugs and alcohol after six years sober earlier this year, RadarOnline.com previously reported.
She admitted the relapse in her new song, “Sober.”
“Demi relapsed about two months ago because she stopped the accountability portion of her recovery,” one source told RadarOnline.com in June.
The source said she’s been “off the rails” ever since.
