Billy Bush’s wife Sydney Davis has filed for a divorce, it has been revealed.
She filed her papers citing ‘irreconcilable differences’ between the couple.
The pair got married in 1998 and they had three children together.
Sydney is asking for joint legal and primary physical custody of 13-year-old Lillie and 17-year-old Mary. Josie, their third daughter, is an adult.
The former television host will get visitation rights according to documents.
The couple endured a difficult time after his Access Hollywood bus audio was made public where he laughed at some of Donald Trump’s rude comments about women.
It was reported that the couple separated last September almost a year after the incident.
He was subsequently fired from NBC after the tape was released and received a reported $10 million settlement.
Sydney has also requested spousal support and other assets in her divorce filing.
