She was also charged with manufacturing and delivering meth in Maury County. She pled guilty to the lesser charge of possession of meth.

She was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in jail, which was suspended. Instead, the sentence was to be served on probation after completing 30 days behind bars on March 7, 2017.

She also pled guilty to evading arrest and was sentenced to four years in jail. The jail time was suspended and was to be served on probation. A condition of her probation was to serve 180 days at an in-house rehab.

Judd and Arch Kelley's daughter was released from Williamson County Detention Center on June 16, 2017. She continued her sentence at a court-ordered drug program.

But now, RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal she was sentenced to eight years at West Tennessee State Penitentiary for breaking probation.

"Her probation was revoked on February 8, 2018," a spokesperson for Williamson County told RadarOnline.com. "She was sentenced to serve eight years. The meth manufacture, delivery, sale and possession with intent charges run concurrent with charges at Maury County."

According to the clerk, Kelley absconded from the 21st recovery court program on November 19, 2017.

"The defendant was terminated from the recovery court program on November 21, 2017," the clerk explained. "A warrant for probation violation was issued on November 22, 2017 and served on December 16, 2017."

Kelley is eligible for parole on February 4, 2019. Although her release date is August 10, 2025, she is expected to complete only 30 percent of her sentence.

The prison sentence comes after years of trouble for Kelley. In 2011, she disappeared for days during a flight layover while returning home from boarding school.

She went to "behavioral camp" for six months in December 2012, according to a source.

Kelley's famous aunt, Ashley Judd, even obtained temporary custody of her in 2013 when she claimed her mother was popping pills and was abusive. Her mother denied the allegations.

On December 18, 2015, she was arrested at a Nashville Walgreen's store.

"Detectives noticed the vehicle was sitting at the location for an extended period of time," Kelley's arrest affidavit read. She "was observed exiting the vehicle and entering the store."

Cops pulled her over because her license plate was "improperly secured" and "held on by one screw." An eyewitness found a plastic bag that was thrown from the passenger side of the vehicle and handed it over to detectives. Inside the bag was a torn up box of pseudoephedrine and a receipt showing a purchase of Coleman fuel, items used for manufacturing meth.

She was arrested and charged with promotion of meth manufacture, which is a felony. On May 2016, she pled guilty to the lesser charge of possession of meth.

Then on November 13, 2016, she was arrested in Alabama for being a "fugitive from justice." Her probation was revoked on November 29, 2016. Her case was transferred to drug court.
