Police will be conducting interviews to determine whether there was any criminal activity in the toddler’s sudden passing. However, an officer at the Orange County Sheriff’s Department told RadarOnline.com the department believes it was just a horrific accident.

“We’re pretty sure it was an accident,” said Public Information Officer Carrie Braun. “There’s no criminal investigation into this case at all. There is currently an open death investigation.”
