Miranda Lambert’s married boyfriend is begging a judge to keep the details of his scandalous divorce secret in bombshell court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com.
Evan Felker’s wife, Staci Nelson, filed for divorce after his illicit relationship with the singer went public. As the contentious divorce heats up, the couple asked the court to seal the documents in the case.
“The Respondent is a public figure and Petitioner is rapidly becoming one as well,” the documents filed on June 13, 2018 in the District Court of Oklahoma County in Oklahoma stated.
Foreshadowing revelations about money between the Turnpike Troubadours band member and his estranged wife, the documents obtained by RadarOnline.com said: “The pleadings and exhibits will contain personal and private documents related to the finances of Petitioner and Respondent.”

“That the harm to the privacy of the Respondent, and now the Petitioner, to their public persona and finances and the dangers of unwanted unwarranted adverse consequences outweigh the public interest in allowing this material to be accessible from the online public record,” Evan’s attorneys argued in the documents.
He requested “This court issue an order to the Oklahoma County Court Clerk to make all pleadings containing the parties’ financial information in the above styled case as “Unavailable Online” to prohibit public viewing.”
