Kanye West Admits Kim Was Ready To Divorce Him After Controversial Slavery Comment
Kanye West just admitted that Kim Kardashian was ready to divorce him following his controversial slavery interview!
After RadarOnline.com exclusive reported the KKW Beauty mogul, 37, was considering leaving her hubby, the rapper finally confirmed it was, in fact, "a real conversation."
West told The NY Times that about a week after his shocking tell-all interview, he felt "like the energy levels were low."
"I called different family members and was asking, you know, 'Was Kim thinking about leaving me after TMZ?'" he said. "So that was a real conversation."
The divorce shocker came after West, 41, told reported that he believed slavery was a "choice."
Due to that insensitive comment, the singer gained extreme backlash—especially from the black community. It didn't help that he also paraded around wearing a "Make America Great Again" Trump hat and bashed his celebrity friends all over Twitter.
In his talk with the publication, West explained that he "never said" slavery was a choice, and he of course does not believe it. His words we misunderstood. He does, however, support Donald Trump—no matter what anyone says.
On that note, the "Lift Yourself" singer said that he knows he's been "canceled" by a lot of fans because he "didn't cancel Trump," and he's okay with that.
As RadarOnline.com readers know, his 2018 album, Ye, reached the top of the Billboard charts despite his many controversies.

In his song, "Wouldn't Leave," West even admits that he told Kardashian she could dump him after his slavery comment and wild Twitter outburst, "but she wouldn't leave."
"This what they mean when they say, 'For better or for worse', huh?/For every damn female that stuck with they dude/Through the best times, through the worst times/This for you," read the lyrics.
