Joe Giudice “is convinced that he is not getting deported,” RadarOnline.com exclusively learned about the imprisoned felon.

Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice’s jail bird husband is facing deportation by ICE after his 41-month prison sentence is over, but sources close to him told RadarOnline.com that he seems to be in complete denial about the situation.

"Joe is convinced that he is not getting deported. He just says that it isn't going to happen,” the insider explained.

RadarOnline.com broke the news that 46-year-old Juicy Joe’s deportation was imminent when the ICE spokesperson confirmed He was “in deportation proceedings" while he’s in custody. “ICE has lodged a detainer, and he is in removal proceedings.”

The source close to RHONJ star Teresa's hubby told RadarOnline.com that he refuses to face reality.

“Either he is in denial or he knows something that no one else does. But he does not believe it will happen."

Though he isn’t scheduled for release until March 2019, Joe could be kicked out of the country before he’s completed his sentence.

“If he is ordered deported while in custody, he will be removed from the U.S.,” the spokesperson continued.

If he is able to complete his sentence, he will immediately be transferred to the care of ICE instead of returning home to Teresa and their four daughters.
